Candy Cane Wheels Summary:

The wheels are made up of a bunch of "super bright" LEDs soldered together in a red and white pattern (referred to by the children as a "candy cane" pattern). The LEDs we purchased on eBay from an international seller at an excellent price. We covered the wheels with 2mm opal acrylic to diffuse the light a little. The acrylic we bought from Menzel Plastics. The wheels are set inside a wooden frame to keep them safe.
